LAS VEGAS, NV. July 8, 2010 - Don Me’ Vue Las Vegas, a premiere event hostess & female Golf Caddy service provider, announced today it is gearing up for its launch of its premiere event “Party on the Greens” August 20th, 2010. This non-traditional event will be held monthly at the world famous Callaway Golf Center located on the Las Vegas Strip.
Party on the Greens is a mix of a mini tournament style nine- hole golf game with everything Las Vegas is traditionally known for. “People come to Las Vegas for fun, parties and unique activities which they don’t usually find in their own cities”, stated Dawn Ferriera, Director of Events. “Las Vegas has a magical almost fantasy like quality to it and we decided to create an event that portrays that image. Golfers are very serious about their game and when they are home they can play their traditional golf, enter traditional tournaments but while on vacation we figured we would kick their game up a notch.”
Party on the greens includes nine holes of golf, combined with 15 beautiful female caddies and local and national businesses that are supplying the golfers with food, drinks and entertainment at every hole. This event certainly bucks the trend of the serious side that golf is known for. The players are not required to be quiet when a player is hitting the ball. While silence is encouraged in a professional and non professional setting, here cheering is encouraged.
“There are many people, men and women, who enjoy playing but perhaps do not feel they are very good at it” states Dawn Ferriera, However, this venue gives them an opportunity to play and not feel pressured to get a great score, but instead just enjoy the game itself.”
